BIOGRAPHY

Ms. Willson is a Managing Director at Proterra and is a member of the Farmland team, where she directs the firm’s agriculture investments activities in Australia.

Prior to Proterra, Ms. Willson served as a Managing Director for Black River Asset Management, a division of Cargill, where she also focused on agriculture investments. Prior to Black River, Ms. Willson worked for Cargill Risk Management gaining experience in agricultural project origination, risk management advisory services, and marketing structured commodity derivatives to institutional clients. She served as a both Financial Controller and Platform Controller for Cargill’s Financial Markets Group after gaining experience with Cargill’s Trade and Structured Finance business unit. Her international experience includes positions in Australia, South Africa, the U.S. (covering Latin America), the U.K., Mexico, and Switzerland (covering Eastern Europe). Preceding her career with Cargill, Ms. Willson worked for National Australia Bank.

Ms. Willson received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Tax from the University of Newcastle.
