Andrew (AJ) LaGoo

Andrew (AJ) LaGoo is a Director at Proterra Investment Partners, where he leads the sourcing and execution of direct lending opportunities across the Agriculture, Food, and Beverage sectors.

Prior to joining Proterra, AJ was an investment professional at Growcore Investments (formerly Fireman Capital Partners), a consumer-focused private equity firm based outside of Boston. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting where he advised large Retail and Consumer Products clients.  

AJ holds dual B.S.B. degrees in Finance and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York
